We at HAVAS are currently seeking for a motivated, well-organized and team spirited individual for the position of Junior PR Executive.
Main responsibilities:
• Close working relationship with journalists in national and regional media
• Understanding of client’s objectives
• Supporting Senior team members in their work and following agency rules and procedures.
• Developing PR strategies and integrating them in communication campaigns
• Executing PR campaigns based upon client objectives & priorities
Particular duties:
• Manage relations with journalists in national and regional media
• Help plan and strategize upon PR briefing
• Help create communication strategies and PR activities plans
• Organize special events
• Prepare and distribute press materials
• Prepare reports, media analysis and monitoring
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree – PR, Journalism or Marketing
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent English – spoken and written
• Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not a must
• Previous experience in the PR field (agency or internal communications department) is an advantage
• High motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
